I have been using the Elliptical for just over 3 weeks

I’m basically doing it 20 minutes every day. If I can’t a day I just skip and get right back to it the next day. This is the longest I have ever committed to any type of work out routine. However for these new opportunities I will need to be in some pretty good shape. Each day I tell myself no excuses. I do not think I’ve lost poundage yet. What has happened is my butt and legs are firming up really well, I bought some shorts to work out in that fit really well now they are loose. Stuff like that. I’m sticking with all pink everything for the work out life:). It’s been really fun💕
